Kitchen heart of the home
Modern style appears here in every room. On the ground floor there is a large open space, in which there is a lounge area and dining room. On this level there are also a kitchen and an entrance hall, which also form annexes. They were separated by a black ceiling and porcelain stoneware floor. The central point of the kitchen is a large peninsula made of white quartz conglomerate. The cabinet fronts are made of lacquered MDF. A cooker was placed on the peninsula.
– Details were important to me, which is why I chose handles made of brass – says the designer, who decided on unusual handles in the kitchen area.
Between the lower and upper cabinets, a mirror was placed, which optically enlarges the kitchen area.
Oak veneer
The design of a modern house in this version also includes the arrangement of the dining room and living room. The central point of the dining room is a table made from a single board, which was smoothed and finished. Above the table hang black, linear lamps, which constitute an unusual decoration. Next to the dining room is a lounge area with a media wall and a corner sofa. The media wall was finished with oak veneer, which also appears in the kitchen and in the corridor. A decorative element in the living room are also busbars and small spotlights, which additionally illuminate the room. The fireplace was made of sinter. Such a living room in modern style is pure elegance and functionality.
Stunning bathroom and beautiful mezzanine
Modern houses also include stunning guest bathrooms. In this house, the bathroom is hidden behind doors also finished with oak veneer, which, combined with elegant marble, creates a harmonious architectural duo. A large mirror was also placed in the bathroom. The entire arrangement of this room is consistent and fits the rest of the house. A staircase with a glass balustrade leads to the first floor. A decorative element is the composition of lamps, which the designer placed in the center of the structure. On the upper floor there is also a bookshelf and a gallery of family photos. A corridor leads to the private rooms. Around the entire room on the upper floor extends a black cornice, which refers to other finishing details in the house.
