How to care for interior doors? – third episode of the series “Your DRE”

Interior doors are an element of equipment that accompanies us every day. We open them hundreds of times a year, touch them, clean them, and sometimes completely unknowingly expose them to damage. That is why proper care and maintenance of doors is crucial for their durability and aesthetics.

The basis is always the warranty card and installation instructions. It is there that you will find detailed guidance on hinge adjustment, recommended cleaning methods and substances to avoid.

In everyday care, the rule is simple: less is more. Most often, a soft cloth slightly dampened with water is enough. Strong detergents, cleaning milks or alcohol-containing products should definitely be avoided, as they can permanently damage the surface of the door leaf and worsen its appearance.

Regular, gentle cleaning and proper adjustment of the fittings make the doors retain their appearance and functionality for many years. It is a small effort that genuinely translates into comfort of use.
