The Ponzio PF 152 EI fire-resistant facade system obtained a fire resistance classification in the complete configuration of the facade wall. The system was assigned the EI 60 and EI 30 classes after a test in which the wall was heated from the inside and outside. In structures with this system, you can use popular brand fire-resistant glass, which was also assigned the EI 30 and EI 60 classes. Reinforced internal aluminum profiles with fire-resistant entrances and special lintel connectors provide the structure with the intended load in a fire. An expandable tape protects the thermal barrier profile and insulates the connection between the structural angle and the glass or other filling, creating protection and insulation from fire.
